Lutskyy Myroslav Ivanovych, elected as a Corresponding Member of UAS in 2001, in department of Law. He was born on February 27, 1978 (in Tlumach, Ivano-Frankivsk region); he is a citizen of Ukraine. Higher education: International Scientific-Technical University, Kyiv (an honours diploma), linguistic and law department, Master of law (2001); assistant professor of Ivano- Frankivsk Institute of Law, Economics and Building of UAS (2001). He has passed post-graduate examinations in philosophy and a foreign language (2003), nowadays is preparing a candidate thesis at National Academy of Home Affairs of Ukraine, his speciality is juridical psychology (2004). He was a legal adviser of Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Law, Economics and Building of UAS (1998-1999); an inspector of Personnel with the responsibility of a manager of an office (1999-2000); a rector's assistant with duty of a chief of Personnel (2000-2002); a rector's deputy in tuition by correspondence (2002- 2006). He has studied questions which concern the development of economic-legal analysis of enterprises in context with court reforms and legal and social guarantee as a specific legal way for defending person's rights. He has more than 20 scientific articles and publications. He was awarded the Badge "Outstanding Educator of Ukraine" for perfect and selfless labour, for his personal contribution, his activity in preparing highly qualified specialists (2003); a Diploma of Ivano-Frankivsk State Administration and Ivano-Frankivsk regional council for his perfect work timed to a professional holiday, a Day of Lawyer (2004).
