Zhukevych Ihor Vasulyovych elected as a Corresponding Member of UAS in 2004, in department of Law. He was born on May 30, 1980 (Ivano-Frankivsk region, Rozhnyativ district, village Slyvky); he is a citizen of Ukraine. Higher education: International Scientific-Technical University, Kyiv (an honours diploma), linguistic and law department, Master of law (2001); assistant professor of Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Law, Economics and Building of UAS (2001). He has passed post-graduate examinations in philosophy and a foreign language and now he is preparing his candidate thesis at Lviv Juridical Institute; his speciality is theory of management; an administrative right and process; financial right (2004). He was an assistant professor, a dean of architectural-economic faculty of Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Law, Economics and Building, of UAS (2001-2006). He has investigated some problems of appeal and cassation as the most important guarantee for person's defending rights and freedoms in Ukrainian civil cases, he has also studied legal aspects of the nation rent in the system of civil legal agreements. He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles and publications. He was awarded an Honourary Diploma of Ukrainian educational institutions Associations with non-private form of property (2003). A Diploma given by a head of region state administration for perfect work, high level of professionalism, his personal contribution to raise the role of person's rights timed to a professional holiday, a Day of Lawyer (2005).
